problems with razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed and screen reader.

Hi everyone. I bought these headphones a few months ago and the overall quality is pretty good. However, with certain games like Forza Motorsport, Digimon Next Order, and anything using OpenAL, my screen reader (NVDA) stops speaking for a few seconds. For a completely blind person, this is—to say the least—pretty bad.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I’ve already updated the firmware and messed with the profiles in Synapse (which was a nightmare, its accessibility is really bad to say the least, but that’s a topic for another thread, I guess), and nothing seems to fix it. The only thing that works is disabling audio enhancements, but even a 5-buck pair of earbuds sounds better than these if I do that. I could use an external equalizer like Dolby or something similar, but that kind of defeats the point of buying headphones that are supposed to sound great right out of the box.
