Problems with Razer Firefly V2

Hello there, I've recently bought a Razer FireFly V2 mouse mat for my Razer mamba elite, I am a fan of razer so I got that, connected it and all but whenever I try to use the mouse on the mat it works really bad. Using it on a table or a normal mouse mat works just fine. I even tried to calibrate it with the Firefly hard surface pre-set which did not work either and now I can't use the mouse mat at all, the mouse cursor often goes straight up or down even if I like move the mouse diagonal which is pretty annoying. Is there any solution for this issue, been trying to fix it all day.
