Problems with Razer Huntsman V3 HE TKL

Hi guys, I’ve bought the newly released razer huntsman v3 tkl and after 2 days of use I’ve noticed the following:

  • Delay in key pressing (in-game), mostly “A” and “D”. I’ve noticed it as well with “W”
  • ”D” key is making a different noise (more clicky/plastic) than the all of the other keys.
  • Random inputs of “ESC” key.

My current settings for WASD are:

  • 0.8mm Actuation
  • 0.4mm Rapid Trigger

All other keys have 1.8mm actuation (including “ESC”)

I’ve updated the keyboard’s firmware since day 1 of ownership as Synapse asked for it.

I’ve already tried changing the settings, restarting synapse, restarting pc. The issue still persists.

I’ve noticed a lot of people complaining about the same issues here in the forum.

I understand that you’re currently experiencing input issues with your keyboard. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
