Problems with Razer Siren Mini

I'm experiencing problems with my microphone. Had it for quite a while now,it's only +/- 3 months old. The microphone works really poorly in apps like discord,obs etc keeps cutting out,barely catches any sound and sometimes (only on discord) it doesn't work for good 5 minutes unless my mouth is almost touching the mic. The only app where the mic works just fine is audacity which is weird. What do I do?
