Problems with synapse 3 and razer cobra pro+ornata v3x

Hello! I encountered the following situation. I have a razer cobra pro mouse and a razer ornata v3 x keyboard. After connecting these devices to a new computer (windows 11), the synapse 3 driver does not work correctly. Namely: after the mouse goes into sleep mode and exits it, synapse cannot detect the mouse again. After some time, synapse stops seeing the keyboard. But the main problem is that the alt tab and alt f4 key combination stops working on the keyboard, although these combinations are NOT blocked in the keyboard profile. Alt tab and alt f4 work fine until the mouse goes into sleep/wake mode. (or if you turn the mouse off and on again, the symptoms are the same - synapse stops detecting the mouse...). On the previous computer (windows 10), such problems were not observed.
