Problems with the left side of the Kraken V4 pro

I bought my Kraken v4 pro 2 months ago on Amazon (it's not yet sold in Brazil), but since then I've had problems balancing the left side of the headset. It usually turns on with only the right side working, but when I suddenly increase the volume to maximum, it activates the left side, but after a while the left side becomes quieter than the right. To balance it again, I have to keep increasing and decreasing the volume and changing the audio EQ, waiting for it to come back (when it does). I've already uninstalled Synapse, installed it again, and changed all the possible settings, but the problem persists. Please, help!

I have a Blackshark V2 Pro and use it with the same settings without any problems. I use Synapse 4 and THX Spatial Audio.

Hello there, @rafaelgnr!

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse is temporarily disabled? You can also try updating its firmware. If that didn’t work, then send me a message PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
