Problems with the product: Product: Razer Mamba Elite - Gaming Mouse for Right-Handed Users

These are the symptoms:
Erratic cursor movement
The cursor is jumping or bouncing.
The cursor does not move, but the buttons work.

I bought it on April 24, 2025, and the product has a one-year manufacturer's warranty, and Razer claims that I no longer have it. I even have the product invoice, and the person who sold it to me gave me a 3-month warranty, stating that I could contact the manufacturer.

I performed all the tests mentioned on the website, none of which solved the problem:

Clean the mouse sensor with a cotton swab while the mouse is unplugged. Use a can of compressed air to remove any accumulated dirt.

Check if Windows is up to date.

Connect the mouse directly to the PC, not to a USB hub.

Update your mouse firmware if it is on the list.

Reset your mouse's surface calibration in Razer Synapse 2.0 or Razer Synapse 3.

Test the mouse on a different surface.

Check if any software is causing the problem by closing all Razer applications and software.

Razer Synapse in the system tray

If closing Razer Synapse solved the problem, reinstall your mouse drivers and perform a complete reinstallation of Razer Synapse.

Test the mouse on another computer and check if the problem persists.

I have video evidence proving the poor performance of the mouse; I would like Razer to comment on this.
