Problems with the razer blackshark v2 usb version on xbox series x using 3.5mm experiencing static and pop noises in the audio snd the mic

I got this headset yesterday RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 USB version but I’m  using 3.5mm on Xbox. My issue is whenever I am using the headset I will randomly get a sometimes faint or sometimes loud crack or pop and distortion when using the headset with the actual audio and my friends say I sound staticky on the mic. I tried resetting my Xbox series x and it did not work I tried plugging in the 3.5mm all the way and twisting it to fix it but nothing worked. I would like to know if you have any recommendations or solutions because this headset is around 80 bucks and this is an  unacceptable flaw in the headset. it doesn’t even rarely happen it almost always happens every 5 seconds. Please anyone let me know if you have any solutions. If not that is fine but I would not recommend this headset to anyone on Xbox.
