Hi, yesterday I received a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 headphones as a gift. When I try to install the software for 7.1 surround sound, I'm having trouble registering my product and getting my activation code. On the page where I'm supposed to do that, I see a message saying that my product has already been registered and that I should contact support, but I can't find a way to reach someone to resolve the issue. Please help.
