problems woth ornata chroma v1

Hello, I'm having a problem with my Ornata Chroma keyboard. It's recognized by my computer (it appears in Synapse and Device Manager), it lights up when I press a key, but it no longer types. It was working perfectly before. When I try to change the color profile in the application, that doesn't work either. What can I do? Thank you.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
