ProcessCapturer prevents lauching the same game

Hi, For few weeks, I have an process named "ProcessCapturer.exe" everytime i play a game. It prevents me from relunching the game later. I have to manually close the processcapturer, which is annoying. It never did this before, and I have razer mouse for more than a year. If i play 5 different games, i have the process open multiple times, and have to end it manually. Is there a way to avoid this from happening ? King regards.
