Processor over 180% maximum frequency

Hi ! I am concerned about my laptop processor... According to the Ressource monitor, my processors is constantly above 100% of its max frequency. This is not only when I'm gaming, and it ranges from 120% up to 230% of maximum frequency depending on what I'm doing. I have the 2020 Razerblade Advanced model with the 2080 Super. The processor is marketed to be going from 2.3GHz to 5.1GHz and mine stays inside that range according to the Task monitor. So I'm confused : is it normal for it to stay inside its official frequency range while the ressource monitor displaying 180% of max frequency ? Thanks for your help !

    Does the Intel SpeedStep enable in your BIOS? That'll help to reduce your processor's power consumption. You can also adjust the power options and set the processors to your preferred state. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to check for other options. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
