I'm new here and excited to begin this journey with you. However, I'm facing an issue while activating my BlackShark V2 X headphones. I keep receiving a message stating: "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."

Could you please reach out to me so I can provide the necessary information and documents? I’d appreciate your assistance.

I understand you're experiencing a registration issue with your BlackShark V2 X headphones. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your device so I can check here on my end the reason why you keep receiving an error message regarding the product registration.
