I bought a new razen kraken for console product. When I enter the activation code of the product sent to my e-mail address into the application, it gives an error "the code you have entered does not seem to be valid. please try again later”.

Hello there,
I think you just entered it on the wrong app since the THX Spatial audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. This is just a quick fix so drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the registration.
