Hello, I have bought a Blackshark V2 X headset, and I am trying to register the item to get the activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound but it says item already registered. Your help is appreciated.

There’s a high possibility that you have purchased a fake headset since it was already registered. I’ll double-check just to be sure. Please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
