Hi, I bought a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones, and when I try to register them on the website, it says they have already been registered. What can I do in this case?

Please note that product registration is primarily for warranty purposes. You can find your device's activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging, as mentioned here. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I recommend contacting the reseller for a refund. Make sure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine. Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.If you need further assistance, please feel free to send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase for verification.
