Hello! I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X. I tried to register the product ID and serial number, but unfortunately, I was informed that it was already registered, but not with my Razer ID. As I understand it, this means I won’t be able to access the 7.1 surround sound. I would really appreciate it if you would help me
