I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 X headset through Mercado Livre (Brazil). When creating my account on the official Razer website to register the device and obtain the 7.1 audio activation key, I was informed that the product is already registered to another account.
Since I made the purchase yesterday, April 15th, 2026, and had not previously registered anything, the system instructed me to contact support to verify the issue.
Could you please advise me on how to correctly register the product to my account and obtain the 7.1 activation key?
