Hello Razer Support,

I own a pair of blackshark v2 x and my device has already been registered.However, i no longer have access to the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software.

Could you please help me retrieve or reset the activation code linked to my device?

I can provide proof of purchase if needed.

Did you register the headset or was it given to you as a gift? Let me know via PM along with the serial number of your BlackShark V2 X so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
