Hi. My girlfriend brought me a Razer Blackshark v2 X and when we’re trying to register the product under my account it said it’s already registered. I searched a while in the forum and found out that a lot of people are having this issue here, but the answer was never given on topic, but rather on PM, so I’m opening this topic to see if any verified support can lend me a hand.
