Product Already Registered – Unable to Register Razer BlackShark V2 X and Receive 7.1 Surround Sound Code

hi, i am having the issue when registering my product when i am newly registering my razor blackshark v2 x.

my product details are:
product number is (Removed)., serial number is (Removed).

my error message is: this product is already registered. if you didn’t register it, please contact razor support.

Hi alexrinku99,

I checked the serial number for your Razer BlackShark V2 X, and it shows that this headset was already registered to another account on October 5, 2022. The 7.1 Surround Sound code was also already claimed. Because of that, it looks like the unit may have been previously owned or, in some cases, may not be genuine. Please let the reseller know that you already contacted Razer Support and that we confirmed the serial number is linked to a different Razer account.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to remove the existing registration from the original account or issue a new activation code for this headset. At this point, the best option would be to request a refund from the reseller. If you plan to purchase another Razer device, I’d also recommend buying from an authorized Razer store to make sure the product is genuine and unused: https://www.razer.com/store-finder. Take care!
