Hello Razer Support,
I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X, but when I tried to register the product to activate 7.1 Surround Sound, the system said that the product has already been registered.
I bought this headset brand new, so I believe this might be an error. Could you please help me verify and reset the product registration so I can register it under my account and access the 7.1 Surround Sound feature?
