Hello, i’ve buy a Razer BlackShark V2 X at 21-11-2025, arrived today 01-12-2025 but when i’ve open the box (totally new) and request the registration the website say i’ve already the code activated...but is super new

Unfortunately, we cannot remove the device registration or unlink it from a previous account. Therefore, I recommend contacting the reseller from whom you purchased the product to request a replacement or a refund.
