Product alredy registered

Hi! I bought  the Razer Blackshark V2 X a while ago (less than a year) and i only now found out about the 7.1 software. I tried to register my product, as i didnt recieve any code, but it says it is already registered. i didnt register it. can i get some help? all the best!
