Greetings. I am having a problem with device registration as the website deems my product number “invalid”. Please help me in this matter.

Hello mbms1,

I understand you're encountering an error while trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound using your activation code. One probable cause for this to happen is that you installed the THX Spatial Audio instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound. To fix the problem, please make sure to download the correct software here and follow the steps in this article  as your guide on how to activate and use 7.1 Surround Sound. If teh problem persists, PM me your device serial number and screenshoot showing the issue so I ca check. Then, save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Best regards!
