Hello Razer, 

 

I have a problem which i had claimed through a redemption code on the 30th March

However my order is saying it has been received and nothing has updated since i have placed it, shipping says 5-7 days and any problems should have only added 2-3 more days on top. Order  #RZUSRD1000001913073

I have had no update on what has happened with said product and wish to know what the problem is and why i still haven’t received it  

 

I would like to find out if anything has happened or if i will actually be receiving the product because i am in the dark here really.
