Not working via wireless only or also not working if connected via cable?

Where did you’ve bought it?


It works as wired, the wireless connection has failed and does not work. I bought this product from hepsiburada.com in Turkey.


And the dongle is directly connected to your PC motherboard (without any USB cable extenders etc)? If yes - is it visible in Windows device manager?

If still not, then I’d contact your hepsiburada seller directly and RMA it, as you bought it from there.
