Where did you’ve bought it?
It works as wired, the wireless connection has failed and does not work. I bought this product from hepsiburada.com in Turkey.
+1And the dongle is directly connected to your PC motherboard (without any USB cable extenders etc)? If yes - is it visible in Windows device manager?
If still not, then I’d contact your hepsiburada seller directly and RMA it, as you bought it from there.
