Hi . I just bought a blackshark v2x and wanted to register it for getting 7.1 code but it says it has been registered before. What should I do ? 


I have bought it in china when I traveled there but I don’t remember the seller name or his shops name cause I was a traveler and I didn’t know it would cause me a problem to register my Headset

Also I can not contact Razer online Support , it doesn’t have any place to contact to them , In others topic they had same problem like me and one of the supports replied to them to PM him but there is no way to send them any PM. How can I contact to supports ?

I understand you are having issues registering your Razer BlackShark V2 X. Please be informed that product registration mainly serves warranty purposes. Please double-check the scratch card included in the box for the 7.1 Surround Sound code. If the card is missing or the code is used, I suggest you return the device to the store. Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. You can check the list of authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine. Thanks!
