I recently bought 2 Blackshark V2X from Shopee (Malaysia). When I tried to register both products, it said that both product ID has already been registered.
I need to register it to be able to get the activation code for 7.1 surround sound. Can anyone help me?

You need to get those 2 product returned and buy it from Razer’s official store (Razer itself, Amazon etc)
+1It may be fake. Return it and get it from viable source for eg. Razer store as
