I’m trying to register my Razer Blackshark V2 x to get the 7.1 surround sound activation code and it gives me an error saying the product is already registered

Hi there,
There’s a high chance that you have purchased a fake headset. I’ll double-check it just to be sure. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
