I recently bought a Razer Kraken X and I tried registering it but I can't as I can not find the product number.

It may be on the side of the box in came in and it will be the model number it was for me anyway hope this sort of helps

If you like me ordered it from Amazon and threw away the box along time ago. You can still find the product number by going to your order history and scrolling down to product information. On the headset mine only displays RZ04-0289 However on Amazon it is shown as: (*Omitted) This worked for me.
