Product number invalid
I made sure to look over the product number multiple times but it still says invalid.

If you refer to "RZ-XXXXXXX", be sure you ar enterirg the "RZ-XXXXXXX" code and not the "RC-XXXXXXX" that you can also find. If you don't find it, look at in the box instead of the device.
If you refer to s/n, then maybe you are entering a "0" (zero) when you have to enter an "o" (letter o) or viceversa.
