Product Number Invalid (Kraken USB)

Hi, I am trying to register my Kraken X USB. I keyed in the SN and model number exactly as shown on the headset (RZ04-0296) and I get a product number is invalid error. I see on this forums similar issues. How do I proceed from here? Is there another model number that's not on the headset itself? Thanks.
