I am trying to register Razer Mouse Bungee v2, my serial number and product number pass at step 1, when I click the ADD button on step 3 it prompting me with a message saying "Product number is invalid".

      I tried to register my blackwidow elite but it kept prompting that my product number is invalid.

        I too am trying to register a product (mouse bungee) and it says the product number is invalid (RC21-01210100). However it isn't, I've checked it and re done it about 10 times now and still says the same.
