I want to register the product blackwidow v4 for warranty I bought it and it is under warranty and one of the keys does not work very well sometimes you have to press it several times or when it is pressed sometimes it stops responding

Regarding the registration issue, can you please send me a picture/screenshot of the error message where it states that your phone number is not recognized?

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number, picture/screenshot of the error message, and your proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
