Product problem


Hi. Yesterday I bought a Razer viper v3 hyperspeed wireless mouse, however I have a problem with it. The mouse suddenly shuts down during use, and with it my Razer keyboard. I've tried changing something in the settings and it's a little better, however, there's still something not ok with it. It looks like suddenly the whole Razer app resets and all my devices stop working.
