Product Registration.

I just got a new Razer Blade Pro 17 from a large UK retailer but am having a problem with the product registration. It juts keeps telling me "Product Number Is Invalid" Though I have searched the product number location and "RZ" "Product No" is printed clear on the bottom of the laptop so am a little confused as to what I am doing wrong. Can anyone help? Thanks.
