Product registration. Activation code issue

Hello. I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset , but when I try to register it, I get the message This product is already registered. Please transfer the product to my Razer ID and provide a new 7.1 Surround activation code.

It seems like your device might be a counterfeit or re-boxed item. No worries, let me check it for you. Please send me a private message together with your proof of purchase in PDF format so I can check its warranty details here in our system and assist you further.

Please note that application codes, like the 7.1 surround sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the previous owner already registered and used the code, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a new one. Thank you!
