Hello. I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but when I try to register it, I get the message "This product is already registered". Please transfer the product to my Razer ID and provide a new 7.1

Hello. I understand the product was previously registered, and I am not asking to transfer the past registration. I am the current owner of this Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and I am requesting a new 7.1 Surround activation code based on proof of current ownership. Please generate a new activation code for me. Thank you.
