Product registration code already in use for Razer BlackShark V2X

Hello guys, 

 

Today I’ve bought a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X.

I wanted to get the activation code using the product number but when trying to do that it was saying that it was already in use:(

 

Can you help with that please?

 

If proof of purchase is needed let me know:)

Thanks for alerting us about this. Where specifically did you purchase it? Please let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check its registration.
