Product Registration failed - Product # invalid | Razer Insider

So I bought a Goliathus Extended Chroma about 2 weeks ago and realized I didn't register it under my ID. I went to register it this morning and it shows that the product number is invalid. Can I get some help so that I can make sure my product is covered?



I've tried the s/n and product ID every way I can think of and no luck.
