Product Registration - Razer Kiyo

Hi All Apologies if this has been asked before but I didn't see it when scrolling through. I am trying to register my new Razer Kiyo, I have input the S/N but when inputting the Product Number (which I assume is the same as Model number found on the sticker on the underside of the device) the website tells me the product number (RZ-0232) is invalid - is there another number I need to use? Thanks Mike

Are you using Windows? Try disabling the firewall and anti virus program Try using a different internet browser for your registration
