Product registration shows invalid serial number , how do i fix this?

I bought the razor deathadder mouse wired 2 days back . As its weekend I'm using this now and wanted to set DPI in synapse . got to know that we have to register the product first so in the process the error pops while i submit the details perfectly with notice like wrong serial number i cross checked it multiple times still cant register it
I hope you help me solve this issue BTW i bought this mouse on ecommerce app called NOON which is pretty famous in Saudi Arabia
