i cant regriester my razer headset they said the produkt number is false

Double check that you are typing correctly
Do not get mix '0' with 'O' or 'I' with 'l'
If the serial number starts with RZ, try RC vice versa
Sometimes other english keyboard layout does not work like UK, use US english layout
