Why on earth is it so difficult to contact razer customer service team? 
I’m trying to return a product, the return product page is throwing an error hence would like to chat/call customer service team.

I am having this same problem.

Product return page throws an error.

Then go to the chat and that doesn’t work.

Call in on the support line and they say they can’t help with returns. I have to do it on the returns page or go to the chat.

Is this just a way to keep people from making returns?
