Product return page throws an error saying it doesn’t recognize my email or order #.
Then I tried the chat and that doesn’t work either. It just does nothing when clicking on the button.
So I called the support line and they say they can’t help me with returns and that I need to use the return page or the chat. Neither of which are working.
I’ve been trying to do this return for the last 5 days and have gotten nowhere.
Please help.
