I am having a warranty problem with my Razer product in Vietnam, specifically the Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard. The company confirmed that there was a manufacturer error and will exchange a new product for me. But currently the Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro product is not available, so the company is refunding the asset depreciation. I don't agree with that approach. I want to be supported in a more appropriate way.
