I bought the razer product and I would like to activate the warranty because it has an inverted audio defect and I can't perform well in games because I don't know which side the players are coming from in the FPS I request an immediate response to my case because this headset cost money and we pay for products that work properly. Device does not work in the android application I hope to have my guarantee on this product
