Products Not Syncing in Synapse


Good morning. I am having an issue with my products not syncing in the Synapse App. I have 3 products and only my firefly shows when I open the app. I also have the Ornato Chroma and the Basestation. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software with no luck. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

Hello, I am experiencing the exact same issue with my ornata chroma; it connected with synapse and was configurable through chroma, and suddenly it no longer appears as a device in any Razer software. It is still lit up and functioning, and is "working" as per windows device manager, under every tab it can be found (keyboard, human interface device, even mouse..)

Please help, I only just recently joined the ranks of Razer!
