HI I bought this headset and It is my first time trying to Register new product to get activation code for 7.1 surround sound but it says This product is already registered.
What to do? I live in iran and I bought this on a website pleeeaaaase help me

Blackshark V2 X? If yes, then you might return it and get it from more viable source, since it may be fake.
Lot of cheap Aliexpress / Amazon etc… units have the same problem - unable to register headset.

If it was original, then you could register it without problem.
Many fake products are using original s/n (already used), so this might be the same in this case.
